Lacking care at times regarding traipsing wet muddy feet through the house.

The move was not completed on the day and another time was to be organised to complete this move.  I have emailed twice, left a voice message on Deborah Woolford's mobile.  I have not received any communication of when the time for the completion of the job is going to be.  I have been moving product everyday all day since last monday to get it sorted.  So not terribly happy.  However, the two guys who came to do the job were fantastic, they tried to get a time booked for me when they were there.  They worked really well and did a great job.

Can't say enough really. From dealing with Conroys in Brisbane to receiving our goods last Friday in NZ the entire relocation experience was excellent. Can't fault the entire process.

Great service especially from the delivery team! Darcey and his team was extremely helpful and friendly. They were effective and they know what they are doing. Keep up the good work!

Admin staff I dealt with perfect.  Moving team very polite., however,  after they'd gone I found they only screwed 1 under bed drawer. The rest they didn't bother so when I open those drawers they drop to the floor. My outdoor couch was supposed to go into conservatory.  Left on end on path, not even on deck. Outdoor table left standing on end on deck. Large heavy cartons stacked 3 high in room. I'm not tall so very difficult for me to safely down stack. Real shame as Perth crew were awesome.
