Damaged goods
Stickers hard to peel of and leave marks on items
Lodged a request for a call back but never happened. After a week wait I had to rung myself.
Communication during that call was good.
Insurance claim lodged but can't give a opinion about this matter at this stage
Renee and Steve on the first day were wonderful and Steve Scott and Richard on the second day were the same. It was great to have Steve and Richard deliver us but they really should have had Richard as well to help unload iven driving hours it would have been kinder on Richard, I hope they got home safe and well
Very pleased with the packing of all the furniture, China etc. It was very thorough, but we found the the upright deep freeze had been pushed in at the back and the brackets had broken off. We did manage to buy some extra brackets and have re-attached them and the freezer is working ok, this may have moved during transporting. Other than that nothing else was damaged at all, and with all the contents being in storage for four months we were extremely pleased with all the Conroy's staff that we had contact with
Have found all through the move we have had great personal service, from the begining with the view & quote, to the quickness of receiving the quote same day. We had a change of direction and once again the price came back same day. Your team that did the pickup were great, the team in Nelson were fantastic. Your people made the whole shift seamless. Nothing was damaged during the two shifts. Would use again and certainly would recommend. Great company & people to work with - Kind regards - Robin & Lee Doughty. (Please pass on regards to Fiona)

The International Manager was extremely condescending, rude and utterly unprofessional. I am not impressed by his attitude. It reflects very very poorly on the company.
The guys were great, very friendly and happy.. They did arrive late, would have been nice to be notified... Bathroom box not marked so have had to hunt for it, otherwise great service. No issues whatsoever with company in The Netherlands either. Very easy process! Please pass on big thanks to the guys who packed up our house.
I interacted with Conroy Removal across 3 touch points: inbound team (onshore delivery and customs clearance), local dispatch coordination and delivery team. Except for the second touch point overall experience was smooth and delightful. Lady named Lynn kept me constantly up to date on the status of my delivery and was very helpful whenever the questions emerged. Delivery team (unfortunately can not remember their names) were also polite and supportive. I was impressed with the pride that the boys showed when they were talking about their company and the praise they had towards the servant leadership approach of their top management.
The only area that I did not have a great experience was shipment dispatch. I think company needs to be more customer centric when scheduling deliveries and be more respectful towards customers' time. In short, my items were not delivered on the date and time that it was agreed with dispatch team. When I rang the company to find out about the whereabouts of my items, I did not get a clear response as to where they were and there was no solution provided to me as I had to attend my other important commitments in the afternoon. My other attempts to get the answer during the day were not successful as I did not had any call backs and responses to my queries. Eventually, I had to engage the call centre to get it sorted. It is only the next day I had couple of calls from the dispatch team and the new date for delivery was agreed.
The packers and Un packers were amazing you couldn’t fault them so friendly and professional. iDelays while unavoidable caused so issues for us on the arrival end and communication on where and when it would arrive got a little bit vague but overall a good experience.
