Excellent thoughout experience with "One Move".  Canadian end - good communication, arrival on time and excellent packing

                                                                                 New Zealand End with Conroy - excellent timing updates, arrival on time for delivery at property  - all very satisfactory.

One of the men that came and picked up my furniture was very rough and arrogant, when I pointed something out to him he just shrugged his shoulders and didnt care.

One of the glass doors on my unit was broken, my wooden dinning table is scratched as is my big wooden coffee table. The coffee table also has dents in it.

My exercise machine has a broken cover on the joint on the left hand side and it has had something very heavy sat on it, there are deep gouges on the front and back of it. 

Apart from that the rest of the men that did the packing, removal and delivered it back were really pleasant.
