The 3 men who packed our house at Unit 143 Longford Park Village deserve significant praise... I thought they were excellent.
Antonia is ex-transport sector (used to run her own 'irregular' objects freight company with Howard Smith, and later established a specialist recruiting firm called Freightwise Personnel) and knew of Conroy's reputation - you were top of our list!
And you didn't disappoint... the 3 were industrious and profesional, courteous and considerate... they had good experience which immediately put me at ease... (the "Prioirity Box", the division of labour to balance the workload). They also kept me well-informed of progress, asked questions when needed... I really felt you guys had it well under control and I could trust you...
Regarding comms I thought the quoting via the SHYFT App was excellent, and efficient. Konstantin (sp?) was very good... - a warning a tape measure would be useful is the only improvement I would recommend there.
Regarding comms - your Tauranga based Reps - I found that frustratingly poor. Not in the calibre of the people - just the fact they were never there to answer their phone. I was trying to book flights to suit the move and it was often <they leave a message, I call back, wait a day and call and leave a message, eventually they call back...>. Either not enough operators or you need to be more responsive to messages left on your answer phone please... but that's my only criticism, and it cost me in the pocket (my flight went up $100+ waiting ... the really impolrtant part was done well (the onsite packing).

Great service! A few casualties but nothing major, I would say we'd definitely use you again but we're staying put would still recommend though.
Thank you for following up on my concerns that I had been overcharged and organising the appropriate refund.
The packing crew in Auckland did a terrible job, it started out with just one person showing up to pack, then a bunch of guys turned up later in the day, the first guy was good and thorough but he working alone would have taken 2 days to pack my 2 bedroom unit; the other guys on the other hand rushed it, had no respect for items and packed badly. Now my gear was reloaded at some point into a smaller truck, so I don’t know if it was then or during the move that things got broken, but a number of book cases were damaged beyond use, and I have found with each box/item I unpack that more and more things have been damaged, some are just scratches, others actual breaks in plastics/wood, and some items were so poorly wrapped I can’t tell if everything that was in there in Auckland actually made it down to Christchurch.
On the other end, the Christchurch crew were great, fast and friendly and had no problem taking extra care to unload into a house with new carpet on a rainy day by putting down extra blankets and I could see how sheepish they looked as they tried to explain or apologise for the poor work done by the Auckland crew.
I didn’t bother to file any claim forms as it would not be worth my time for the vs the value of the items, and honestly I just wanted the experience done with, but the Auckland packing crew needs to be retrained. The only reason I gave you 2 stars not 1 is because of the work done by the Christchurch crew.
The service l have received was nothing short of disgraceful.
From begining to end this was the most appaling level of service I have ever received and I am now putting pen to paper to the Chief Executive to explain this comment

A couple of emails reminding us to pay after we had paid 3 days prior isn't neccessary, but other than that, very satisfied.
Seemless process and regular communication throughout. Absolute pleasure. Thank you
