Conroys was the only company to respond to my enquiries in a timely manner - for shipping goods from NZ to Australia. Their cost was competitive and they gave me multiple quotes based on my various options (as I hadnt decided if I was shipping my bed or not) - which was very helpful in deciding what was economical to ship, or to simply rebuy in Aussie. I did all of my interactions online - as am already living in Australia. They were quick, friendly and efficient in responding to my emails - and allowed me to send a video of my goods for a final quote. My brother informed me that upon pick up the staff were very efficient and professional. My good arrived within the timeframe they quoted me, and all goods arrived well wrapped - and no breakages. I was SUPER impressed. The Brisbane team were also fantastic to deal with. I am pleased I chose Conroys !
The guys that shifted me were total awesome nothing was to much trouble. They were most helpful and i would certainly recommend you to anyone that was shifting.

We had a mixed experience overall. The team were all friendly and helpful, whilst clearly keen to get back to Auckland. Susan was wonderful in keeping us updated. It would have been great if our expectations were better managed regarding how the delivery would take place with our corresponding movers in S.A. It would also have been better if our items were taken to us more directly, as we are still waiting for one of our boxes to be delivered that seems to have misplaced in the process of all the unpacking and repacking of our items which we were originally told would be delivered directly to us. The operations side seems like it could have been smoother, and better managed although we did appreciate the communication, even though the plans were changed. Hopefully our missing box will still turn up soon. Thank you Conroy for all your kind efforts in aiming to make our move as stress free as possible.
