Tim and his crew were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Additionally, since our settlement didn't occur until the following day, they made the very stressful day much easier as they took care of all of the house contents for us. They arrived the next day when requested and were awesome! Thak you !!

Very impressed with professional and friendly / helpful staff at Conroys from initial visit to establish what I needed through to the packing and uplifting of packed chattels and taking them for storage until I am in my new home. Good value for money and quality packing observed, and I was able to get on with my day while they worked. Thank you! 

The communication prior to the move was great.

When the pick up was made from our house, everything was left in the two bathrooms and seperate toilet. There were 3 drawers in the kitchen and one drawer in the garage not emptied and packed. In fact one of the drawers had the left over rubbish from your staff still in there. The microwave was also left behind. I had to bring all the missed stuff over myself.

At the delivery end it was generally fine. Your staff were told some stuff was going into the house and the rest into the garage. They informed me that all the stuff going into the house was done and so they put the rest into the garage. it was only when we were looking for things like the vaccuum cleaner, our surround sound system, TV remotes etc that we found they had put these into the garage.

Of the greatest concern however was that your staff member in charge at the delivery informed me that the glass dining room table top had been damaged badly whilst moving it from the container it was originally packed in to the delivery truck.He asked if his boss had contacted me to inform me of the damage. To date I have heard nothing official from Conroys about the damage. Not really good enough.

The two gentleman I had, I think Richard and Steve were punctual, if not early, personable and worked hard. I had one piece of furniture that broke, they told me straight away and I clarified with them that the leg was always dodgy and not their fault, but appreciated them telling me straight away and showing me. Your customer service was great keeping me informed up to the day. Would recommend again.

I can't give a 5 star report until I know if there are breakages, which I won't know until I unpack in two years' time! But your guys were efficiant, pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend your service.
