Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersMy initial quote said a transit time of 7-9 weeks. I have just received my shipment 16 weeks after it was packed in Auckland. If I had known it would be double the estimated time then I would not have shipped these items. I have had to buy things that were in the shipment that I urgently needed for work that started at the beginning of April (12 weeks after my shipment was collected, which I thought was ample time). Poor communication and updates about the status of my shipment. Extrememly inflexible with delivery date - I had to take a morning off work to be present for delivery as I was told that you were not able to say when a delivery could next be rescheduled (could be over a week). With taking time off work and purchasing items I was waiting for has cost about $1000.
Due to my change of plans, - Conroys just fitted in and were able to have someone come around the same day and give me a quote.
Packers were wonderful and just powered into their job and I was able to have a couple of boxes and piece of furniture added into the consignment a week later. without any issues. A great experience
I am still missing a box and have had no contact about it. I was told by the removlists who dropped the shipping off that someone would be in touch regarding the missing box but I have heard nothing.
Excellent service from the beginning to the end. Professional and helpful people along the way from New Zealand to the destination in the Netherlands. I recommend Conroy Removals as a great and safe way to transport your personal belongings.
The paper work nz side was a tad shabby the documents were not the right ones to complete the customs control in oz which was a pain in the butt and of corse an extra cost
We were delighted with the efficient way Coinroys staff dealt with us from first contact to final delivery to our new home. Without exception the staff were polite knowledgable and willing to answer questions. Being kept in the loop as to where our furniture was and the expected delivery date. was a bonus and much appreciated.. Yes we would certainly use Conroys again and would reccomend them to anyone moving.
