We were generally happy with the removal. However, we did have a cupboard in the garage with loose items. We were told they would be alright but they all spilt. It would have been a good idea to pack said items. Some items in boxes were packed longwise which meant that often documents fell out when trying to unpack. It might have been preferable overall to pack loose items in drawers.

The guys that dropped my stuff off were amazing - the team of 6 included Charlie & Cody (I think his name was).  Cam, locally has also been fantastic in terms of comms, & a lovely young fellow has done 1 pick up so far of boxes & plastic wrapping.

My only grizzle is that my (very expensive!) mattress, whilst wrapped in plastic, was not well-wrapped, & had come away at the corner, meaning the mattress got wet in storage.  There was no way I could afford your storage insurance, so that's something I have to wear I guess ... but very disappointing.

Great service -- they arrived on time and the 3 guys shook hands with us and introduced themselves.  Nothing was too much trouble, we had a few laughs and they were very professional.  Would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.  Thanks for such a good expeirence and service.  

The guys were super nice and helpful and took great care with our belongings.  No damages were found
