Everyone I communicated with through the transaction responded in a professional and timely manner. Easy to say but hard to do - well done.
Although at the end of the day it didn't make much difference, I was surprised to learn that Katerina only worked Monday to Friday and I wanted to make contact with someone during the weekend. I was under time pressure, and wanted matters sorted quickly. Being a company that needs to respond to enquiries I was surprised there was no-one available to give us service over a weekend. This would be my only criticism and in saying this fully respect Katerina's hours suit her but may be not customer needs. I thought we should have been referred to someone else to provide the information and service I was looking for at the time. We has the goods in storage for now, and will be able to give a more complete response after delivery has been made.
The Conroy team made the whole experience very easy for us. Very professional from start to finish, the best information and communication we could have hoped for.

Quintin, Johnny and Luke were exceptional. All three of them were polite and friendly; they worked incredibly well together and all of them helped each other to move the gear. They were extremely efficient.
I will be in touch when I move my things out of my friends' place into my house (when it is completed) to see if I can use your firm again.

We really enjoyed the movers' attitude, humbleness and humour. And the 2 calls to pick up the empty boxes and used papers is much appreciated!
We found it bit stressful to be moving over 3 days (1.5 days packing and 1.5 days moving). This could be easily done in 2 days - as discussed during the sales pitch. The fact that the backoffice people weren't informed of this or were instructed to push it forward over an extra day, brought extra unneccessary stress. This wasn't appreciated.
The number of paper used isn't totally warrented (why would you put plastic picnic cups in plastic?). Every single item that went in a box was in paper; there was no space saving happening.
We are very sorry to hear that you had to let some staff go. Would defintely use a mover again but will be firmer re timings.
Very efficient team. On time, clean and tidy.
The move to our new home in Hastings went very well indeed. There was small damage to one of the tables, but only minor scratch & a couple of dents. Otherwise all O.K.
The 3 guys involved all seem to work very well together, and all got the job done quickly - first class job.
Rick and his co-worker was quite good in Greymouth although Rick didn't instill great confidence when he told us he had crashed on his previous trip over. On arrival in Dunedin two of the items were damaged (Piano and my mothers dressing table). My daughters boyfriend found Ricks manner a bit unusual and it was hard to know if he was joking or serious, actually he was like that in Greymouth as well. It may just be him but for effective communication I would suggest he concentrate on the job in hand.
