Removal truck was two hours late due to flat tyre - I had to phone to get this information about the delay where someone should have called me.  When arrived, everything went well otherwise.

Also was informed by Customer Service that if left TV box next to TV the removal people would pack it - ended up we had to do this ourselves - there should be better clarification about this.

We had broken glassware broken crockery a expensive jug in particular a favourite of mine they had forgotten to take couple garden decorations and 2 large wooden frames for a shelf.we have move couple of times and never had anything broken or forgotten. The only positive was the rep and yourself. The delivery men were great but they did not know where to deliver or time even though I phoned so they had to wait. 

We are really pleased with Team Ants and Rowan and the truck driver who packed our house up and loaded the truck! Ants and Rowan were great to have in the house, they were pleasant, obliging and fun!! Even there music wasn't too bad!!! The delivery team also with Ants and Rowan were great. They were really efficient, fun and worked their butts off! Thanks Conroy's for your excellent service!

The boys forgot to pack a large outdoor chair and as a result it didn;t come down wiht the truck and is to be moved separately.  Thye would have had to unpack quite a bit to pack it in.  Waiting on it to be delivered.

The guys were very helpful and did a good job.  

We were told 7-10 days business days for delivery. I had to phone to follow up on the 10th day and after speaking to Derek the furniture turned up that afternoon (Friday 18 Sept). We are grateful it turned up. It's a long time to go without items.  Pleasant moving staff at both ends,  who were helpful.
