Very professional service. Every step of the move was made easy.
The truck arrival time differed from that previously advised..it was considerably later due to a prior pick up. Timely notice of this would have been appreciated.

At the retirement village they organized the unload with reception and did the job quickly and efficiently.
No care taken when moving our furniture. Numerous items damaged, chest of drawers being one of them because a bike was laid on top of it. ???!!! I then had to take time to get quotes for repairs and replacements. Claims manager repeatedly sent me offers of the wrong amour that I had to call him about. Totally incompetent all round I would say. If I ever get the chance to discourage someone from using Conroy's I will take it.
Goods not collected going north, bad communication internally and too myself as we had to get the pieces off the property, goods collected late Fruday, and not delivered on the Monday as given at quote time and was what I was told to expect. I had to ring and re ring, (even after being told you would ring me, but this didn't happen) to find that goods could only be delivered after emptying the truck, so now it’s Wednesday and my helper couldn’t be available to help me anymore. They finally arrived an hour late Wednesday morning, after explaining they had to deliver early and they couldn’t do it any later !!! So huge bad communication, then the truck driver wasn’t Mr Personality, even though I was very organised and we were very efficient to get all unloaded and placed, it didn’t help that I had a fractured elbow in a sling so I couldn’t do anything myself. So if it had been better communication, my person could have been here to help and they had put two days aside and I was on my third day. But I do feel I had paid for the service I got re delivering and dropping where I wanted the pieces in the properties. So better communication re delivery in future would help. I do a lot of moving of furniture. So if I used your company again I’m aware about some questions I would need to use. Luckily I could be available for Wednesday.
