Great team arrived at my new address which had limited access for my furniture, they did a fantastic job of lifting the furniture onto the roof to get it into the rooms as the stairs were too narrow for the furniture to fit.
Lovely guys and professional the whole way through
The uplift and delivery are all good. Yet the communication was horrible after the payment for removal was done. The instruction for insurance was not clear. Still waiting for the invoice for insurance 30 minutes before the truck showed up, which was one hour late than scheduled. While the Auckland branch adviced the delivery would be on Monday and an update on Friday would be given if any change, there wasn't any communication till Monday morning when I called to find out it was never Monday and it was Tuesday. And then the delivery showed up 2 hours earlier than scheduled.

The guys from Conroy Removals arrived earlier than expected and worked quickly and efficiently while being friendly and patient at the same time.

Super efficient. Really nice blokes. Professional, good sense of humour, lovely manners. Highly recommend your company and eoyld definitely use again. Very reasonable rates and Joanne lovely to deal with as well.
Older guy was a tad grumpy but the move went well . Minor damage to a wall unit and it was a mission to get the lounge suite through the front door but mission was accomplished ! Other than that great service and price was good . Thanks , will recommend to others .
