The three young men that moved my furniture were fantastic. They were careful with my stuff, helpful and polite. At the destination access was tricky and they took their time to manoeuvre the truck without damaging anything
I remember Conroy to have always been the best in the business so I had no hesitation making the booking online for your expert service.
However, I was left very unimpressed with the professionalism and standards that should come with the Conroy brand.
Sorry team but on this occasion I might as well have booked with something like 'Rick's Rundown Removals'.
Overall the move went well, although bit took a bit longer than we had expected. A few minor breakages. Packing and delivery crews were efficient and great to deal with.
Conroys moved me to Wellington 21 years ago and now again back to HB

The uplift and delivery are all good. Yet the communication was horrible after the payment for removal was done. The instruction for insurance was not clear. Still waiting for the invoice for insurance 30 minutes before the truck showed up, which was one hour late than scheduled. While the Auckland branch adviced the delivery would be on Monday and an update on Friday would be given if any change, there wasn't any communication till Monday morning when I called to find out it was never Monday and it was Tuesday. And then the delivery showed up 2 hours earlier than scheduled.
