The staff were excellent could not fault them on their attitude. However the quote I received said delivery on Saturday 12th June. I did not receive my goods untill Wednesday 16th June. Felt this was beyond acc eptance. Also some of the goods were quite badly damaged - wood scraped and boxes damaged.

Amazing service from the team at both ends! So easy and quick. Very good customer service and happy to negotiate a preferred delivery date to suit us. Highly recommend Conroys to anyone moving. Thanks for making our move stress free!

Pickup was great, very professional considering the Sth Canty floods, and delivery was well-handled as well, but I was a bit unsure about delivery date. I received a call Thursday morning saying that delivery was possibly on Friday, but hadn't heard anything on Monday, so I rang in the afternoon and was told that delivery would be the following morning. I think that if the date is variable, a daily update would really help.

We are still waiting for our stuff to arrive, it has been so long. It is almost 3 months since the pick up date at our home in Wellington.

The packing on the Auckland side was a bit rough with items stacked very randomly, we ended up with a marks on the tables and chairs etc due to the garden tools placed straight on top of them, however the Guys in the Hawkes bay were great , we were held up for keys they waited for us and sent extra men to get the job done faster a big thankyou to them
