Excellent service could not fault Conroy staff were very helpful.
The guys that came to load the container were nice, but not very professional. The one guy was complaining about the time it was taking to load all our "shit".
Our dining table (very solid) and dresser were broken (they are fixable, but I shouldn't have to) as well as a number of other furniture items badly scuffed. I'm not sure if that's the state it arrived in or if that's the fault of the team unloading the container because I wasn't here to receive it. We're yet to finish unpacking and see if anything else has been needlessly damaged.
Although I'm glad that our stuff arrived early rather than late, I was told it was being delivered on Tuesday and planned accordingly. However, I received a call late on Friday that it was being delivered on Monday morning, and that they couldn't deliver it on Tuesday as originally stated. This meant I had to scramble to arrange someone to receive our container, as we were only due to arrive in Christchurch late on Monday.
Overall it was a pretty mediocre experience, bearing in mind I've moved more times than I can count, including internationally and never had things so badly damaged. It suggests a lack of care and respect for other people's hard earned things. It is just stuff, but it's disappointing when we take good care of it only for someone else to mistreat it.
Excellent service getting our family heirloom through to next generation in Sydney. Pandemic causing delays in pick up over there, but outside anyones control. Conroys always first on my mind. partly due to our neighbour, supertrucker Mike Rowe parking his truck outside!
All went well thanks. Ben and Ryan were good on removal day also. No onvious areas for improvement. We have moved 16 times so we prepare fairly well and would be onvthe case of you slipped up, but you didn't.

Excellent communication and attention to detail, very reassuring and great advice given on moving. Packers very professional and great to deal with, good care taken with belongings which gave us reassurance, delivery on time, speedy process without any incidents, would happily recommend and use again
All ready submitted a good review but since unpacking boxes very annoyed to find leads removed from TV, amplifiers etc, glass dish in microwave removed. All of these seem to be packed separately but who knows where. Hopefully we will find them. Perhaps packers should keep leads connected to TV etc when packing. A lot of stress for $12000 plus. The actual removal and delivery was excellent. Pity about the packing.
I was disappointed with breakages (one box must have been dropped as I had china smashed) and damage to furniture. Your young delivery men in Nelson appeared to be inexperienced and not sure how to manoevre furniture, such as my 3 seat leather settee, around corners. I have moved several times, always packed my own possessions and never had any damage before.
We are currently awaiting the outcome and remedial plan to repair or compensate for all the damage caused by the lack of protective paking in Auckland.
