Hi Team,

The payment for extra gear I understand but the extra 1500 dollars i had to pay for the movement of good to Queenstown. Feels like it should have been included on the initial quote. Didn't understand this.

I was told 4 hours but the guys finished after three hours and there were still items that needed to be removed. We are having trouble removing some of them because they are heavy (pot plants and large garden boxes, one which is also a seat. I don't really blame the guys, it was storming and everyone got soaked. They were lovely guys and if I had to I would use them again. 

This is the third time we have used your services and we have also helped with our daughters move with you and each time your crew has been great. We really appreciate the nothing is too hard attitude too . Nothing broken and this time we moved into a new home and no damage to walls / doors etc. Thankyou. Communication with the office and then the organising guy was easy too. 

The only thing we weren't happy with was having to pay $350 for a lot of used boxes. 

The crew were amazing. 

We had a number of breakages noted with this recent delivery and some furnishings were not protected to a suitable standard (e.g. to prevent scratches). When I first used Conroy we had items shipped from Oz to NZ with only 1 item damaged. This time, there have been at least 10 items noted as damaged/broken, and these items were only being temporarily stored in CHCH while our earthquake repairs were completed.
