I only had a small shipment of furniture but it was really well packaged and despite the handling in various places it all arrived in top notch condition. The delivery service once it arrived in the states was very slow - it arrived in the States early June and I did not receive until early Sept - but through not fault of Conroy. Thank you Conroy, I would happily recommend.
Communication during the whole process was excellent. My household goods arrived a week earlier than anticipated.
I'm not quite sure which part of the service I am being asked to comment on. I engaged ReloUK from London and the final delivery was done by Conroy. ReloUK packed and stored the shipment before putting it on a ship. They were utterly appalling and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. My posessions were packed very badly, resulting in damage, mould and musty-smells. This will all be extremely costly to fix or replace. Communication was terrible and after 5 months in storage they demanded I pay an additional $2,000 to continue shipping my stuff - because of increased shipping costs as a result of the pandemic.
Conroy's communication was great. The delivery people were alright. Some were friendly and helpful, most just wanted to get finished and get home. It wasn't clear to me how to handle the broken, damaged and dirty boxes and items once delivered. I am still unsure what to do to get a remedy for this situation. The team who delivered jsut wanted to dump the stuff and run and I felt pressured to sign the paperwork saying it was delivered.
These guys were great. Whether it was communication with the people in the office via email, or dealing with the great guys who loaded and unloaded the truck, I couldn’t fault them.
We changed dates, heaps of times! Never a problem. But they are getting busy. The only thing that let this whole thing down were my poor organizational skills. We had to wait three whole days for our unload unto our new whare.

Slow workers who didn't have any urgency about their work and it took at lot longer than I expected given they only had to move furniture. One of the younger fellows turned up yawning. Was he new to the role? As he didn't seem to know what he was doing. If I'm paying for 3 staff I would expect that they know their jobs. I would be in ok for a trainee to come but your price should reflect that. My fridge power cord got cut off in transit in the truck and needed immediate replacement. Will your company be reimbursing me for the cost of re wiring my fridge?
