The whole experience was of top quality and I'm very pleased indeed. Couldn't ask for better. I just missed the insurance question in the emails. As this is vital to the acceptance of the quote it would be nice to BOLD that section, for the customer. thanks I much- will definately come back to Conroys again. Lyn

All my stuff arrived safely in NZ from NYC. Conroy kept me up to date as the arrival time of the ship changed. The people who delivered it were friendly ane efficent. My only complaint; my shipment was in Christchurch and cleared customs and quaratine but it was more than a week between getting the clearance and arriving at home - where was it? I had to follow up before it was finally delivered

Great service all round, furniture was kept in good condition and wrapped very well. Everything went smoothly, much appreciated! Took so much stress off of our move from Hamilton to Dunedin.

They kept me informed of every aspect of my move from Australia to New Zealand and everything they said that would need to happen, did happen and in the time frame they gave at the start.
