Just a quick bit of feedback, the service says the beds will be wrapped in plastic but unfortunately your guys didn't have these bags available on pick up in Taupo - and only wrapped one of the two mattresses on arrival back in Napier. As a result, our brand new mattress has been marked. 

Other than that, it was a speedy service with good communication.

Top effort by 3 competent shifters. Worked tirelessly and totally organized through out the process from booking right to billing. Cannot fault such a top team. Thank you so much for top effort and friendly manner.

Unfortunately any good aspects of the shift were overshadowed by a few things ... the hole in my ceiling due to the mover carrying a piece of furniture on his own and losing balance, complaints about how heavy our furniture was (I was asked for an explanation as to why I had purchased such a heavy couch), and my fear of further damage to either my furniture or house.

very efficient and effective service, nothing was broken or damaged.  We did find the address stickers adorning all the furniture a bit annoying to remove as they didn't come off easily but i acknowledge that they are a good means of identifying who the goods belong to.
