We had quite a bit of damage and we were disappointed this time.

Great friendly team who emailed and kept in contact regarding my delivery from Sydney to New Zealand. Delivered to my work - no problems.

The truck was only filled half way and Whatu was asked to take a bed down, which my understanding was I do the small boxes and big items were you's. Damaged queen bed underneath. Looks like feet were pushed into it. Smashed mirror also. I didn't notice the bed until I was making it up. At this end the guys were great.

The service and your staff were top notch. Nothing was a problem and the guys were willing to try anything and were very careful with our furniture.

I will reccomend them to all my friends.

Great team! Best part was that it was so easy to get the ladies up to speed on how to manage the two-day move as we had to still live in the house for the two nights of the move.

The removal staff were amazing and the packers were excellent. I can't remember their names but they were efficient, professional and skilled!  Noke - who unpacked also did a very good job considering he was by himself. Christine, the lady who quoted was also very efficient and professional.  Rachel has good communication and was easy to talk too as well.
