The service was excellent
This is the second time using Conroy Removals.
Again, they were very efficient. The crew were very helpful and friendly.
From getting a quote up to my belongings being delivered the service was excellent.

Communication from when we accepted the quote could of been better, as if I hadn't followed up when I did, there was a chance our shift wouldn't of gone ahead on the date we requested

From the initial contact right through to pickup and delivery was excellent. Communication was excellent. All dealings with everyone concerned was awesome - all polite and willing to answer any questions we had. Made our whole shifting to Auckland process so much easier. Absolutely would use again and recommend your services.

Some breakages but not because of any negligence on your part.....accidents do happen.
One of your staff would not listen to client instruction on occasions and he was loud and opinionated but nonetheless was a great worker. All other employees of yours were outstanding.

Very professional and efficient service
Very professional and efficient service. Truck was on time, in fact early, which suited me. The two men were friendly, quick and had a good system to pack the truck. Unfortunately coffee table suffered small damage. The men were gutted as took a pride in their work. I'm wondering if Conroy might assist with repair?
The guys that came to move me, Drew and Paul, had a great system and were super friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough.
