Two things stood out for us. First the quality and pleasantness of all staff involved from packers, to office staff to operations managers. Secondly the flexibility at short notice, and helpfulness in response to changing circumstances e.g. multiple ferry cancellations / changes, storage and delivery extensions. Well done team !

Only done the removal of our furniture into storage with delivery still a month away. We found the Conroy team sent to remove & load our furniture into a container as very competent, very friendly, did the job quickly & effeciently.  It was a no fuss job.

I shipped a flatpack kitchen from Brisbane to Auckland and Conroy were amazing. This took several deliveries at the Brisbane end from IKEA and some items were out of stock and Conroy were amazing. Their communication was fast, friendly and efficient.  Every last thing arrived safely and my new kitchen is a joy.

A totally professional company in all aspects, from the packers through to pickup and delivery, and including all back office staff.

Great service. 1 squashed and broken vintage lampshade sadly.
