The process was easy and quick, the boys that were on my pick up and drop off were amazing. Swift. Really chill and just easy to work with. Joanne was also easy to deal with and really patient with explaining to me what I needed and how I needed to do things.
Great service, fantastic communication and amazing delivery
Pick team and unpacking team were fantastic. Both teams professional and super friendly. Couldn't fault them. Not one thing was broken or missing. Admin staff gave conflicting information that led to some frustration.
Great service from all involved - customer service people in Aus and NZ and the delivery guy

Good pricing, very helpful staff
First of all the good. Due to the timeframe of the move, the lovely lady who got everything started did an amazing job, an we are very thankful for that. The removal and delivery staff are also great to deal with.
The negatives: the timeframe for delivery was estimated at around a week from the initial walkthrough, the quote would not let us change the delivery which said it would be 2+weeks, this was unchangeable as any attempt to do so reverted to the admin chosen timefrime, the pickup crew even followed up to say that anymore than a week would be ridiculous. I attempted to get an ETA update from the admin staff, and the response I got was blunt, didn't answer my question in any proper manner, and honestly felt borderline rude. In the week timeframe that all non-office staff gave, the move had barely made it half way apparently.
I understand the "silly season" can really throw things out of whack, but given what is being paid for, it is not too much to ask that all staff have the same level of respect and communication for the customer, while also having a good working knowledge of their job.
As we were on a tight budget, and the quote came in higher than originally planned, we were unable to pay for insurance, and quite frankly it is due to this that I believe the Conroy team (at the very least) gave absolutely no care to the order. So the moral of the story is, if you aren't flooded with money Conroy will treat your effects like garbage, unless you micromanage their job.
The office staff also neglected to change a single number on the delivery address, even though I made sure they had the information to change it BEFORE pickup, but our effects we're almost left undelivered as, lo and behold, the change had not been made and the address was incorrect. Had I not been aware of the fact that staff were unable to do their job and planned for the issue, along with running out to meet the driver to inform them of the (assumed) error, who knows where the effects would be.
There were a few boxes of goods that received significant damage over the trip and this was not from general movement, but instead the removal crew deciding that a light box should sit at the bottom of a very heavy pile. It shouldn't take the customer informing the staff on how to pack the truck and do their job. The delivery staff were very apologetic for the damage that wasn't their fault. It can only be assumed that this error won't be rectified due to the fact that, as priorly mentioned, if you're poor and can't afford insurance the staff have been trained to not give a shit about your effects.
It is an real shame that the staff that have no idean of what they are doing are bringing down those that do an honest, hardworking job.
A few kitchen items were damage due to improper packing; a mug, a plate and 2 bowls. Perhaps a little more paper in between might have helped. The plate was part of a set that cannot be replaced. The 2 bowls were stuck one within the other and we were unable to get them apart without breaking them; they were replacable.
