The driver was fine and good at his job but the young guy with him needs to do his job as I had to help them to get this done as I was paying for a service which I don't think I got.

The movers themselves were really good (just a couple of minor bumps/scratches) but it was the main office that was the problem. First they call on weds to see if I have questions. My core question is 'what time are they coming on Friday' and they tell me they won't know till Thursday...so why call on weds? Then on Thursday they didn't call as promised to tell me what time they were coming, so I had to call them. They told me 8:30, but then the guys didn't show up till 9:30 and when I rang to chase them no one would answer and no one returned my call.

This was an awesome team from the Quote, to booking the packing and shipping was awesome.

I Had to feel for the driver at delivery, he really didn't get the support he needed to unload my belongings... we did, but it would have been many hours longer.

In the current climate with respect to container shipping overseas, norms are difficult to establish, and any honest comparison of services rendered vs. unquantifiable norms is folly at best. That said, I expected delays and find no fault with the delays we've experienced. On the positive, the people picking up our household goods were efficient, timely, careful and courteous. The customer service team was responsive to questions, and proactive with updates. I wholeheartedly recommend Conroy to any potential customers. Hopefully once we receive our stuff it's in good repair and complete...

Awesome service, delivery , the guys where absolutely great and so helpful did as I asked and stacked my contents so I could access easily. Couldn't have asked for a better pair of young workers and their leader. Thank you guys so very really appreciated all the help and effort you 3 put in.
