A Plus Service
Can not recommend Conroy Removers enough. From my first contact with debbie then onto penny it has been a very easy smooth process. Communciation re the move was excellent. On pick up day Kaleta and Johnny were absolutely amazing,and their team work outstanding. They are a credit to Conroys Removers
A Plus service and highly recommended
Good overall -- biggest point is: why are there different reference numbers for origin (in this case NZ) versus destination (in this case AU)? It made tracking a bit confusing having multiple booking reference numbers.

Very Reasonable
Staff that quoted me (NZ) were excellent and the costs very reasonable too. I would def use Conroy for my worldwide shipping. Jack in the UK was excellent too, with the tax duty etc. This was way better than FedEx, UPS etc. Thank you, Myles.
We had a little bit more damage than we have had in the past with moving companies, but all minor.
Prompt Communication
The removal from overseas went very smooth. Prompt communication and regular updates. Once container has landed in Wellington, deliver was same week.
Very happy with how Conroy handled our move. Prior to the move they made the effort to come to our old house to assess the volume in order to prepare the best quote. The person in charge of that gave a lot of great advice (on how to pack things, insurance, etc.) and was very proffessional.
For our move the Conroy quote was a lot cheaper than the competition, we decided to go with them, a bit afraid that the cheaper price would mean less care in moving our belongings. It turns out it wasn't the case at all.
The only negative point is that the pick-up team was 3 hours later than announced and did not inform us about it proactively. Besides that, both the pick-up team and the delivery teams were super efficient but also handled our belongings with care.
