On the positives the communication was excellent. The removal team in Nelson were out standing. The delivery was excellent with no breakages. On the negative the packing day was disorganized which was not helped by items that were in storage in the garage not included. Discussion with Michael who did the quote was helpful and the removal went ahead. One new person needed training and this slowed up the whole process and made them late. This resulted in my bathroom and items in the laundry not being packed. However my fresh food and flowers were which after 5 days in storage was smelly. My experience was both good and bad and like all things depends on who you get. The Nelson team was great so for this reason I would use again. 

The only box that was dropped I actually witness during the unpacking of the truck and was during a bit of larking about by the ChCh crew unfairly testing the driver's young assistant. I didn't make a fuss and the driver gave the culprits a barrel. Sadly the contents was breakable and a pottery pickle crock, a much loved vase and other more replaceable items were broken.  A rub mark on my bed head I didn't think was noticeable enough to warrant repair when the driver offered and in hindsight that was a mistake.  Otherwise I was very satisfied. The driver and his assistant were a pleasure to work with in Wanaka and in ChCh and to trust my worldly good to. My thanks go particularly to them. 

Just need to stack on delivery, that heavy boxes are not put on lighter plastic boxes. Some lids unusable again. Stacking in truck was excellent

Lost headboard bolts x4 , bit of damage to fridge and toaster was stuffed. Damage to a crystal dolphin. but otherwise good . Suggest you put headboard bolts in ziplock bags and tape to bed head
