The packing team arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. They listened to our wishes regarding packing schedules and we're a pleasure to work with. Special shout out to Drew who ran the job in a professional manner and was fun to have in the house.

A senior member of your management needs to review our customer complaint, and get back to us promptly. Our removal goods included a 250 year old antique grandfather clock, manufactured in Great Britain in 1770/75. It was in very good condition on the date prior to hand-over. When we got to our new site in Boulcott , Hutt Valley , we were shocked to find the quite intricate inner workings of the clock were in a complete mess, and roughly 'packed' inside the internal workings, and no explanation provided. Since that date there has been no comment from management. We find this treatment inexplicable.There are DISCUSSIONS REQUIRED, ABOUT THE INSURANCE, and loss of value to us. Unfortunately, we (Mr and Mrs) were not present at 18 Burnell Avenue Thorndon at the time your staff called for the clock. Other than this event, your staff's performance was exemplary, for which we thank you very much.

We had a great experience with Conroy. Our possessions arrived in good condition and on time. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process. I researched the cost of shipping and can say that our charge from Conroy was very competitive.
In particular Debbie from nz who provided us with the initial quote was extremely patient with my numerous questions. Steve in Melbourne who was in charge of our deliveries was also very helpful and offered to pick up the packaging rubbish afterwards.
