I made a formal complaint to Conroy's management team regarding our latest move with Conroys. Nothing has come of it and our issues have gone unresolved. We have used Conroys many times in the past but this experience is by far the worst in terms on how our goods were handeled. The packing was applalling resulting in smashed goods, and damage to a lot of our personal items. The boxes when delivered weren't labelled which made it alot more difficult to unpack and move in. Items such as food was mixed in with clothing causing stains and damage, heavy items were placed on top of lighter items causing damage. The total cost to move from Wellington to Christurch was 100% increase in the cost 2 year prior. Overall applalling service and would not reccomentd or use again. The rep that came to our place to discuss the above blamed us for Conroys errors and took absolutely no responsibility for anything. 

The delivery team were very good and handled my goods very safely. Everything was accounted for and there were no damages.

The lads seemed a bit rushed during delivery and I think the damaged to property we discovered when unpacking would have resulted at the unpack stage.

Otherwise all the lads were friendly and helpful.

We are borderline hoarders with lots of stuff but the staff turned a blind eye and treated us as normal people. Mike, Vanessa, and Gordon were all great to deal with. We highly recommend.

Excellent communication throughout and willingness to amend delivery as necessary.
