Fantastic. Good services and highly recommended.
Poor communication, on loading side you approx 78 cubic metre but sent only 74 cubic meter of packing. The second truck only arrived around 4pm, I did not pay 12k to be delayed. Packing was less than average, the stabilisers for the wash machines were packed, not put in place, boxes not properly labelled and therefore could not be found and has subsequently cost me around 350 dollars to have the one wash machine repaired. Even all my local moves within Auckland the movers requested and installed and removed the stabilisers. The lack of packing space meant pot plants had to be left behind. These were picked up the next day but there was no communication, I had to keep calling for 4 days to get updates on pickup and delivery. There was damage to the bench for the dining room table that my not be able to be repaired and the attitude of the unpacking crew in Napier was not good, boxes were dropped and service not good.
I liked the well organised pick up and the relaxed delivery. The only downside was that things that broke were hidden and not disclosed. The guys at the pickup broke 2 small pieces - most probably due to my packing - and just got rid of them but small pieces were found at unpacking. The guys that unpacked did let a part of a shelf fall. I heard it and found later that the would broke - still erfectly usable though. With moving a whole household it happens that something breaks I just rather know about it then finding it out later.
Conroy's moved us with such care and attention to detail. Both teams were fantastic. Not a thing was broken or damaged. Really happy and recommend this company's services.
