You said you would text or call to give me half hour notice.  But the truck was already there and the driver a little agitated when I told him I wasn't expecting it for another two hours. Same on pick up, you said 9 to 930am and the truck arrived before 8am. It made it really stressful as I needed to make my arrangements around your time to find that your times were so inaccurate.  Sorry.  I think you need to be have better time management for your customers sake.

The removalist men at the delivery were great, even with the climb to the apartment.
