Overall we were satisfied with the process. However we felt Conroys could have front footed the insurance claim we made for damaged goods. Nothing was initiated until we chased this, even though the on site person took photos and said they would.

The guys were great in packing and especially unloading. The price was also super competitive and we appreciated the quote adjustment when we downsized . However, unfortunately a few items got damaged in the process (our barstools as they were stacked without anything in between to prevent rubbing) and our umbrella cover has holes ;-(

Fantastic team on pick up and drop off not 1 thing broken or damaged, the 2 men who unloaded in Wellington were amazing great guys

Arran & Rayden did an excellent job repacking our container. They were friendly & efficient and everything arrived in Waihi in one peice. Very good ambassadors for your company.

Very happy with the whole experience. The guys all worked very well. There was a bit of damage but nothing too major

Delivery of furniture was very disappointing. As my furniture went into storage I can not guarantee what it is going to be like when I pick it up. It is jammed packed with my heavy stuff and leather lounge suite shoved in at the last minute. All light boxes etc were out at the back so no way able to access them. The storage unit door will open only half way because it hits my leather chair so no idea how we are going to get my furniture out.

The service was.great from the time I requested a quote right through to the end where my furniture was.offloaded.

I received.communication and updates all the time.

The guys were friendly, quick and did a superb job.

Thanks to everyone at Conroy and have a lovely Christmas.
