"We found the service to be satisfactory"
We found the service to be satisfactory and were happy with the crews work on site.
However the pick up crew were nearly 2 hours late due to the rostered driver not turning up for work.
Again on delivery we were told by dispatch Thursday 18 June the truck would be 9.30 - 10.00 for delivery. We had extra hands organised to unload due to the access at the property. At 10.30 following calls to your dispatch we found out the truck was not due till 1.00pm.
It arrived not long after 1.00pm and only had the driver and 1 other. We were told that there would be driver and 2 crew.
We are not happy we had to wait at both ends with no updates from Conroy. Also in regard to having extra help waiting for 4 hours at unload was inconvenient to us and our helpers; and being 1 crew short at unload was not ideal either.
There was 4 pottery plant holders broken and the delivery driver, who did not load, commented that they should have been wrapped.

The crew that loaded us up at our rural property "Tuwalamee" via Biggenden, Queensland were outstanding. We hope that you can recognize them in some special way. We have had a lot of previous moves and these two men were the best we've ever dealt with. We can't say enough about how special their work and attitude was for us. Absolutely excellent service from the first phone call. Nathan your rep that called and quoted is an absolute 'gem'. He is a fantastic front man for your company and I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Your team of movers were fantastic. Fast, courteous, and nothing was to much trouble.

"The only issue was furniture was not put back together"
The only issue was furniture was not put back together, but after contacting your office they will return at a later date to rectify this
The whole process was very easy. Very impressed. Staff nice to deal with and accommodating.
