Everything from the initial quoting to packing in New Plymouth and finally unpacking our furniture in Napier was carried out with professionalism.
We were impressed with the communication of your company informing us as to timing. Murray, the driver and his helpers, both in New Plymouth and also in Napier were very friendly and helpful making the move less stressful for us.

Apart from the expected safe transport of goods within the time frame agreed, your business is all about people and the service they provide. Callam and Jay were exceptional, with a "no problem" positive and careful attitude throughout the process.This is my 36th move in 15 years and they are among the best I have encountered both in NZ and Australia. They are great ambassadors for Conroy Removals and ensured this move was stress-free for me. Thank you to them both.
I will definitely be using Conroy Removals for my next move.(approx 12 months' time Taupo to Bay of Islands).
I have reported one dining chair missing and am still waiting for news on that. Graeme has advised that the matter is with Operations. For that reason I have marked that I would like a response.
The removal was a disaster. Score to date is a dropped clothes dryer ( infront of us as off loaded from the container)- its a right off: a fridge freezer with a dented freezer door - unable to be repaired or replaced: an upright freezer with a dented top ( about 2cm deep) and extensive dents on both outside sidewalls- uneconomic to repair and a rimu dresser with a damaged draw and a destroyed "skirting" Board. On the positive side, all the personal items we packed into banana boxes etc arrived undamaged; the delivery and pickup were on advised dates and comms was great. We are yet to see what the company will pay for but suggest you pay by credit card so you have some protection.
