"NOT very happy!!!!!!"
I had arranged the delivery of all my stuff over 2 months in advance to be deliverd to my new home in Napier BUT it was 2 weeks LATE plus some of my precious memories were broken.NOT very happy!!!!!!
"The packers were excellent"
The team at Conroys did everything they could to make my move as least stressful as possible. The packers were excellent, just quietly went about their business and wrappped and packed everything securely. Driver Mike negotiated two tricky driveways with ease and he and his two assistants loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently. Conroys are the best.

People arrived with the truck nicely on time and delivering and removing went very smoothly.
Keep up the service and we use you again with our next concert in April 2016.

Efficient team working under trying conditions. One of the hottest days so far. Worked from early morning to late afternoon. Nothing was too much bother. Second time. this experience as good as the first. Highly recommended. Marilyn and Ken Little

The fellows who do the moving are fantastic!! Actually the whole experience form those we've deal with over the phone to those packing and moving have been fantastic!! I don't know if you give them some special training, but they are awesome dealing with oldies who are anxious about moving!! I will highly recommend you! I thought you did a great job for mum:-) Thanks heaps!!
"third time we used your services but would not use them again"
The Team of three that did our actual move, were efficient and a pleasure to work with. They have however managed to misplace our modem which has caused some inconveniece.
The overall service from office staff was quick-response before the move, but very poor response time or no response at all after the move when we were trying to locate the modem and get left over packing removed from the driveway. I even had to chase up the receipt a week later. Unfortunately although it was emphasised that we had a very, very large 3 bedroom home plus a large amount of contents, this fact was obviously not considered as the removal truck sent was too small. Although the team packed the truck very efficiently it resulted in us having to hire a horse-float trailer for remainder of furniture and cage trailer for garden furniture, BBQ and shed items etc. We were forced to put our queen size mattress on the roof rack of our car to get it to the new address before we could sleep on move in day. The request and information given around our requirements where completely ignored resulting in a lot of extra work, stress and cost to ourselves. This was the third time we used your services but would not use them again.

"Good service right from our inital enquiry"
Good service right from our inital enquiry. We gave Conroys very short notice and they picked up and delivered on time as promised. Couple of minor dings and scrapes which is unavoidable. Will use them for next move.
We have used Conroys for various family furniture and goods transportation over many years and have always been quite satisfied with your service but on this occasion we are furious with what has happened to our Cream Linen sofa. When the sofa was collected I asked that is was covered in the usual plastic etc and I was told that this would be done in Porirua warehouse. It was wrapped with blankets to protect it on the way to Wellington. The plastic cover was not done and the subsequent damage with black marks and black grease type marks are extremely bad. This sofa was spotless! We are a couple with no children or pets using it so was in pristine condition. It even arrived with 3 of its 'feet' missing which were subsequently found somewhere later in the back of the truck. When we would not accept the sofa after seeing the terrible state it was in, the men lifted it to take down the stairs to put it back in the truck, one of them was holding the sofa by the skirt around the bottom! We are now here in our apartment without our sofa. I rang the Auckland office straight away to inform them what was happening and I was told that I would be receiving a call from them. I called back some hours later to be told that the truck still had not arrived back at the depot and that I would be called when it did. I am still waiting for that call.
