Very impressed with service from start to finish. Was advised shipping could take 4-6 weeks from pick up to delivery. Actual time was 3 weeks. It was great being advised of progress through the various stages of transportation. Will definitely recommend your services to anyone. Thank you so much for a positive experience.

"they just got on with the job"
Tania & her helper (sorry I dont remember his name) were so very efficaint and most helpfull I enjoyed there humour & singing and got on with the job even though they were given the wrong delivery address it didnt phase them at all, they just got on with the job.

Congratulations to all concerned. Especially the packer from Tauranga, Kelvin we think? and Chris the driver from Napier. The move went very smoothly at both ends and all people we dealt with were a pleasure to work with. Move was limited to collection from storage, transport and unload at other end but all went well and no issues at all.

A very stress free experience from my initial phone call to make enquiries, dropping my tea chests off to the Brisbane Depot, staff were very helpful, the emails to keep me in the loop and picking my teachests up in Napier.
Not one peice of china broken, so many,many thanks for your handling and prompt service.

It took approx 8 hours to load the truck, work was very very slow. I was quoted under $500, bill presetrd for 10 hours over $1,600. One mirror smashed as well at loading site. I would like to be presented with a more reasonable invoice, Andy.
