No problems at all.  Really great that every person introduces themselves, and all were courteous and polite throughout.  Excellent communication and all staff right from the initial contact through to drop-off were a pleasure to deal with

The move went OK. Your AKL and WLG teams were good.  Unfortunately there has been damage to our stainless steel fridge door (dented) and side (gouged and dented) as the fridge was not bubble wrapped although it was blanketed but that was not enough protection.  Can an insurance claim be made about repairing such damage?  I have photos available taken at the time the damage was spotted while it was being moved out of the container.  Your WLG crew thought it was very bad and advised me to complain and make an insurance claim as they would not have found it acceptable if it was their own gear.  Please advise soonest.

The two removal people were very pleasant to work with. They were somewhat slow to begin which put pressure on them to complete the job at the end of the day. However, thay think we may have been underquaoted regarding the volume. There was no breakage other than an ornamental outdoor pot broken. This hopefully will be mended by gluing - could this be followed up with please. Many thanks.

Extremely expensive. Was told it was high because would need van to take everything up the step drive but as someone forgot to book me in I got a small truck and 3 guys who got there at 3.30 pm and had finnished in under 2 hours. $1300 for removal and one months storage is huge. Lovely guys and lady on the phone who were very sorry and apologetic. Just the cost really. Feel ripped off.
