Making the big move from the U.S. couldn't have been easier without the help of Conroy's. The staff and crew were very helpful and always available to answer my questions. I appreciated all the efforts in helping me settle into my new home.

Staff were accessible and friendly. Timeframes acurate. The only small issue was that the web site was often incorrect e.g. saying our load had passed through customs when it hadn't.

"I am impressed by Conroy Removals in Auckland"
I am impressed by Conroy Removals in Auckland. They organized the pick-up of our 40" container from Auckland harbour and the delivery of our goods to our house. Everything went smoothly. Special thanks to Stuart and his team. Stuart provided a fantastic customer service before, during and after the move. Very helpful in all matters. The workers handled our goods with great care. Nothing got damaged. Thank you very much!
"Overall a reasonably good job"
Removal to rental was great however from rental back to own home not quite as efficient. Some things left unpacked and a computer desk still at rental. My bed left out of kilter with lights. Boys in hurry i think. Overall a reasonably good job.

Excellent friendly service with no damages as of yet that we have found.
The only negative is we sent around 3 emails with questions which were never answered but found the answers by an ex employee who came around to pick up a Trade me item prior to us moving who told us what we needed to know.

"A shame, because the people were all great"
The people that we dealt with throughout, ie on the phone and especially the delivery people, were awesome to deal with. Super-friendly, but unfortunately we had a few items quite badly damaged, as well as damage to the walls of the house that we moved into. A shame, because the people were all great.
Conroy Removals is not new for me,i remembered June 2008,when i moved to my first rental property after getting married,at that time i used the same removal company.This time my move was very long from Tauranga to Wellington,therefore,I was little worried about my stuff,but unbelievably i got even my single item is safe and sound.This is a fabulus job and excellent service for me.It is unfair if i forget to involve Conroy staff in this excellent feedback especially driver to give them a credit for this excellent job.
