My husband Juan and I would like to thank your wonderful team, Aru, Lugz, Tulzi, Pablo and Bentley for the excellent job they did delivering our furniture to our home. We had quite a few boxes and heavy pieces of furniture and the guys worked efficiently and professionally and were really good-natured which was great. Moving is always a massive pain and moving across the world even more so, so we really appreciated that our furniture arrived on the day it was scheduled for and that there was so much care taken with unloading everything. We have found our dealings with Conroy Removals to be really good from our interaction with the removals team to Liz in the office and would recommend your company without any hesitation to others.

"Cartons incorrectly labelled"
Cartons incorrectly labelled at point of origin, caused significant issues at point of destination. Disappointing given we paid extra for the service. Only highlight was Janelle service's & she is a great asset to Conroy.

"I did not get a confirmation call the day before"
Until pick up date I had only dealt with one person regarding removal and storage.I had a phone conversation with her a few days prior to pick up plus I had been into the office and met with her to pay two days beforehand. Both times I confirmed the time and date of Thursday at 8am. She agreed. On the day the truck never arrived and at 8.20 I phoned, no answer, so I phoned dispatch. I was told there was no trick booked at that time for me, then he found it for 1pm. I was shocked and upset as this time had never been discussed. I had booked cleaners to come in to the house at 9.30 and told them the furniture would be gone. The person at dispatch (Kyle) said he would find out what happened and ring me back. When he did, he said he had spoken to her who said I must have said one o'clock initially and then changed my mind. This did not happen. I am angry and upset that The blame was directed at me, and nearly three weeks later, she has not contacted me about this issue. I did not get a confirmation call the day before, which if I had, this may have been avoided. Also, I believe the agreed time of pick up should be written on one of the many forms that have to be filled out. Conroys should be very proud of Kyle in dispatch and Justin and his team who provided an excellent service.
Was very impressed with Service received on the day, friendly & helpful staff who were only too happy to assist.
Only issue I had was in regard to contact to confirm time for removal, I had to call the day prior at 4.30pm to ask this as had not heard from anyone, was told someone would call me in the morning - moving is a stressful time with lots to organise so having a phone call a few days prior to cofirm times would be really helpful and help to alleviate stress. This was sorted out for me and time provided when I called, however I did not need to stress of needing to call to find this out.
