Very happy with the service
We were very happy with the service. At the Christchurch house one of the movers did accidentally walk the fridge into the front door making some very visible dents to the door frame. As it's a rental we did have to tell them. One of the movers noted it on the slip we had to sign on the day of delivery. Will let you know if the owners of the house want to be compensated.

Quick and clear booking instructions, excellent packing with contact as they packed to make sure we were happy (we were not onsite ). Everything arrived safe and secure, nothing left behind.

Overall a great experience
Overall a great experience but while delivering the stuff, my container got delayed and the boys who came late in the evening today to deliver did not read instructions written on boxes, which ended up breaking some of our fragile items as they placed heavy boxes on top of fragile boxes.
Efficiency was impressive
We hired three people and a truck. Their efficiency was impressive as was their care of our goods. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful
This was the second time we used Conroy's as they were so great the first time, and reasonably priced.
There is nothing I can suggest to improve on. Particularly helpful to us was the willingness to provide second hand boxes as we did our own packing. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The moving team worked as a team also. This may be a sometimes overlooked area of a moving company i.e. looking after the guys that make up the moving team. The team that moved us down to the south island (not Conroy's) were not gelling and we could tell there was a bit of tension. This was not the case with our two moves with Conroy's and we noticed the difference, hence using them again.
