I advised the agent that a lot of our things were in plastic bins with lids as they were stored at a storage unit.She advised the plastic bins would be repacked and asked if I wanted to keep the plasitc bins.  It was agreed the empty plastic bins would be boxed as well.Our things weren't boxed but left in the plastic bins.  Result was broken plastic lids, bins and handles.  Lucky nothing inside was broken. Disapointing as they can't be used again.
