Great service, and brilliant, helpful staff from Nathan, Penny and the rest of the packing crew. I would highly recommend to anyone moving countries.

We really enjoyed working with the whole team at Conroy's but Cam in particular was excellent. He had a really calm demeanour that was super helpful when times were feeling stressful.

I want to acknowledge the seamless support and exceptional service provided by the Conroy team — from the initial quote right through to pick-up and delivery. Every step was handled with care and professionalism.

The two team members who packed the truck on the Nelson side deserve special recognition. They were friendly, upbeat, highly professional, and incredibly polite — a real credit to your organisation.

When the gear arrived early Saturday morning, the delivery team mirrored that same high standard. They were focused, motivated, and committed to providing excellent service.

Please ensure these staff are recognised — good people like this are hard to come by. Well done, Conroy. A genuine 10/10 experience.

The estate furniture was packed for storage prior to distribution/shipping. It was all well packed and labeled. 

Required arrangement of second pick up due to misquoted volume of belongings on video call. Initially Conroys said there would be an extra charge, however we appreciated that after we questioned this, this was not done. There has been damage to a number of items including a broken dumbell set and a scratched desk. Conroys also scratched the wooden floor in our kitchen when moving the fridge into place.
