we have used conroys now on  four occasions and overall have found your service to be very good. this move was probably the least satisfactory as it incurred the most breakages that we ever had, including a number of pieces of pottery, a desk unit, glassware, and other items. this was dissappointing. however despite that we have always received good timely and efficient service and would continue to recommend your company to others 

Thank you to all the Conroys staff involved in our booking, pack up, storage then delivery 6 months later. It is potentially intrusive experience to have people go through all your belongings but all of the staff who we came in contact with. They were friendly, more than competent and engaged us at each step. 

Ok, so where to start... The packing team: Amanda had the boys sorted and on a roll. They were awesome even unpacking some cups so we could all have a brew! Upon collection on the Wednesday, that team was also fantastic, moving boxes for me, so I could start the task of cleaning. Unfortunately not all our stuff would fit on this truck, so when the 2nd truck arrive the next day, I received plenty of notice so I could be there to open up. All the way throughout the shift and storage the communication was fantastic. On the day before drop off, I received a call and advised of a delivery time for the following day, the truck was a little later than expected, but shit I didn't mind, we had 4 Conroy trucks up our street. Our new neighbours didn't know what to expect. Robyn, Kerry, Jason just to name a few were awesome. I just stood at the door and directed the traffic into which room our stuff needed to go into, now that is fantastic customer service in itself. There was was young man, and he said he had been with your company for only a week (Nelson branch), for such a young person he has fantastic customer skills, may you keep employing types like him. They were all very courteous including the poor fela I gave some shit to about the pink goatee. Upon them leaving, and I say the time that was spent here was record speed, 2.5 hrs including a smoko was mind blowing, then a quick call to Rod, and the cardboard and paper Etc were collected. So to Rod and ALL the Conroy team, you have made a daunting task really easy, if we are to move again, we would not hesertate to call and just go with you guys. Your staff have been fantastic. Conroy staff were polite and helpful at both the pickup and delivery. 5 days from start to finish. No damage occurred. The sales and operation staff we dealt with in making the booking were also helpful and friendly. I couldn't fault Conroys. Ron
