Well Done

I wasn't very happy with the way I was treated from the administration team the driver who picked up and dropped off stuff was good although when my stuff got dropped off I felt sorry for him as there was no body to help him unload the truck. I will highly not recommend your company to anyone I know

Every thing went reasonably well although we now have blue white ware.  We can only presume that damp blankets were used to cover our dryer, washing machine, microwave.  I have tried to remove it with jiff but it doesn't want to come off.  Do you have any suggestions?  As far as we can see we have no breakages, just a few minor marks and scratches.   The men that delivered our furniture etc were very pleasant and helpful although we were not given a list to mark of as the boxes were brought in and did not realise at the time that all were numbered so do not know if everything arrived or not!  We have not unpacked everything as we will have to move again.  

Arranging the removal administratively was a breeze, brilliant and impressive process done online with someone ringing to confirm, well done! With the exception of one peice of furniture which fell apart but debateable if it was just wear and tear in the first place, the rest of the furniture was well handled and in good condition. The guys went out of their way to deliver an item to another property which was over and above expectations. Probably the only suggested improvement I could make is to give the customer plenty of notice when the removal/delivery is to take place. I had a lot to organise with juggling our renovations with my work and I ended up having to cancel a meeting as I wasn't contacted until the night before to say they would be there at 8am the next morning, if I had known this earlier I wouldn't have needed to free up my whole day which cost me precious time.

The boys were very friendly, understood my needs and works diligently.  It was an enjoyable experience and quality work.
