You are asking me for feedback and I am still waiting on my things to be delivered to me!  They were picked up in Havelock North 01/12/16 and I was told 6-9 weeks till delivery.  17 weeks in and still waiting.

In general good communication although we had to chase to find out when movers were turning up to pack. The packers were efficient and did a good job. The movers were also pretty good with just a couple of minor scratchs and 1 broken pot plant.

Good strong guys but need to adhere to health and safety policies.  Someof them were carrying large, havy items on their own which should have beena shared load. 

Also,  could you please advise all staff to be more appropriate in their choice of language and topics of converstaion regardless of whether or not they can see the client.  Swearing etc may be commonplace in a lot of people's lives but I don't believe it's appropriate in the workplace and reflects badly upon the company.

They did a good job though.

The contact before the move was good. Our truck was a few hours late and we didnt get a call to let us know. other then that everything was fine. Thank you.

Was a little disappointed a couple of things were damaged, and the response from a employee was you'll have a builder mate that can fix that. Have moved alot with conroys never had a problem ever before. I guess they did well considering the wet conditions.

This move was so easy with David working with me, and communications to ensure I was "informed" all the way.. Further Daniel Kull has been great at keeping that going once the shipment was in Conroy's hands

Conroy movers were fantastic, the 2 temps from a big temp company were a little less fantastic.
