Brilliant efficient service. It only took 4 weeks door - to - door delivery. Staff were helpful and friendly from administration through to pick-up and delivery. I appreciated the updates as to what stage my boxes were at in transit. Keep up the good work.

Great hands on with few communication issues
Firstly,the "workers". The packer did a great job of "packing the kitchen". Arrived on time & worked away steadily and efficiently by himself. All kitchen goods arrived safely. The "heavy team" of 3 arrived on time led by the older "joking" guy (name?). All worked well and carefully and were easy to communicate with. Damage sustained in the move - a 2 mm deep 12 cm long "gouge" on the top a chest of drawers and 2 broken glasses (packed by myself!). The only downside of the actual shift was that the truck was not big enough to accomodate all our goods, despite the fact that on the day a 3 piece lounge suite and a 3 piece conservatory suite which had been included in the original estimate had been disposed of! In the event we returned to our property and collected 2 big car loads our selves. A further good point was that the empty packing cartons and wrapping were collected within a few days of the move. As far as communication with your office I had a few problems as both your Listed phone numbers for Napier and 0800 were not "working" which resulted in a difficulty in finding a person to talk with! I understand that this has now ben resolved.

"unnecessary damage to our belongings"
As a Kiwi I find it very distasteful to say that the Australian side of our move with Conroys far superior to here. So far we are up to delivery no3 and still do not have all our items. Oh MAF have had them. Yep they did but that was weeks ago. You've had our gear in storage for over a month. We have also had totally unnecessary damage to our belongings. Upon opening one of the containers we were meet with a tangle of our garage racking which in turn gouged a table and broke it's legs. Couch leg broken,speaker stands destroyed. The packing of this container was to me done with absolutely no regard for our belongings. Sure we are insured but now Im faced with a day at best running around to get quotes. By the way thats not all the damage. Time to have a talk to your packers.Cheers Dave Butler

A firiendly team at either end were very helpful. However there were several items that suffered minor damage. Overall the price was competitive and the move was completed as quoted without any time issues.

The name stickers you use on every item/box would be better if they were more easily removed (easy peel). Some cannot be peeled of very well at all and leave quite a sticky mess and the easier ones still leave part of the sticker behind. Very frustrating, especially on furniture. It makes the moving in process longer and more tedious.
In future I would make sure any furniture that should be in plastic bags, eg. couches etc, were before being loaded onto the truck as we had an unfortunate experience with our couch where it was left sitting in water in the container for the duration of storage, and went mouldy/started rotting. This couch was not packed in a plastic bag like all the others.
Excellent Service extremely helpful guys on truck very friendly and hard workers.
