A few damages
Staff when packing and handling client property need to be more carefull when handling. I have damage to my dressing table both from when goods were packed to remove where obviously the person packing when removing mirror has broken one of the arms the mirrior sits on. Upon having furniture then moved to new house, there is damage to the front of the dressing table where the wood is broken.

Your staff all worked like trojans to move our things and despite the weather, roadworks, and a power failure all went well! My only suggestion for the future would be for all trucks to have a small toolbox readily available to dismantle and assemble bedroom furniture. Thanks heaps for moving us. Your staff are tops!
"Overall very pleased"
Thank you for a seamless move in under a week from storage to new home in Wellington. The guys who unpacked the van in Wellington were friendly and careful with goods. I felt confident to leave them to it. They were done within an hour. As everything was coming out of storage without being present, knowing I could trust Conroy's to get access, label everything, pack it and get it to Wellington without my help saved me time.

There was only one damaged item, a cracked glass pane on one of the larger artworks. Accidents happen. Is this covered via the insurance? Overall very pleased.

The 2 guys were fantastic on removal day - nothing a bother - very pleasant to have around my home and so helpful at the other end - the quote was done very professional and friendly - a very good representative from the company - this is what sealed the quote - pretty near perfect execution - well done
