Your guys were very professional and we would not hesitate to use or recommend your services.  We had excellent service when shifting from Kawakawa Bay 12 months ago and that is why we used your services again and were so happy with the same professional service we received.

Thank you so much for a wonderful service all round. Everyone I spoke to, or who was involved in my process of moving (from administration, to accounts, to storage, to the removalists/deliverers etc) was excellent at delivering the right information in a friendly/respectful manner and or performing their tasks efficiently and professionally on either side of the Tasman. I am very thankful for and grateful to all them and in particular to John Rowden who was not only brilliant in his work but also really compassionate and helpful when I was making decisions and completing paperwork. It was my first such move and I was doing it on my own so having someone demonstrate that kindness meant a great deal. Thank you so much. People matter, and your people at Conroy really do operate with that in mind. Your staff are a credit to your company. Thank you to them for an excellent experience.       

The guys were lovely but I think the younger one might need a bit of fitness training and he needs to learn how to put boxes down on their bottoms instead of on the side. I think he might have been a bit tired.  Don't be hard on him, he just needs to learn a bit of work ethic.  Towards the last hour, he was on his phone a few times texting and talking to somebody. Admittedly this was while he was waiting for some items to be passed to him but it's never a good look to be on your phone when you're at work.  Also, they broke some spouting on the house I was moving out of when they were moving one of the beds out. 

Aside from that, I think they did a great job considering the horrible weather.  It was freezing and wet and I appreciate how hard that job is on their bodies.
