More Communication Needed
Would have liked a bit more communication about arrival times.

The two guys involved in my move were extremely Curtious and Considerate and Careful with my furniture, they are a real CREDIT to your Company.
"Numerous broken items and damage"
Initial services were very good. Planning for the move went smoothly and they were very helpful. However we are not sure whether the team in Autralia that packed us or the team in NZ that unloaded the container had as much care for our belongings as we did. Numerous broken items and damage. I fully understand that these things happen in international transit however I did not expect the amount of damage that occured.
"Delivery was quick and hassel free"
Delivery was quick and hassel free. Apart from having my wrong cell number which caused a slight delay there were no problems. The young man who brought my shipment tot he house was polite and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Rescheduled Delivery Times
The 4 stars are earned by the Wellington end, the service from go to woa was great. The receiving experience less so.
Auckland delivery was scheduled for 9am Monday, a bit of a delay but something we could live with. We planned around that schedule, but the truck didn't come. Instead we got a call that delivery weas rescheduled to 1pm. Again no truck, but another "guaranteed final" reschedule to 3pm. By this time both my wife and I had been making unhappy calls to the Auckland office. Unloading finally started at about 4:15pm, after a wasted day for my wife. That was not good service. If I was rating the Auckland delivery alone, I would give 1-2 stars.
"helpful & respectful"
both men were polite, helpful & respectful. They were on time and did the job efficiently. They looked after my goods respectfully and everything arrived intact. No breakage at all. Thank you
