Jay moved me from Wellington to the Wairarapa 2 years ago and this week he moved me back to Wellington. He is possibly one of the most service orientated people I have come across with the best possible attitude - nothing is a problem. He is a credit to your company and you should consider cloning him.

Once the boys arrived the service was great, they were pleasant, helpful and got the job done very quickly.
The lack of notice as to when they were due to arrive was the problem. It would be helpful to have an estimated time of arrival given at the beginning of the day that way I would have taken a car load over the new address well before they arrived. Instead I was unloading at 6:30 at night - in the rain.
An opportunity for improvement perhaps. Despite this I would use again.

Conway arrived right on time on a Saturday and had no less than 4 guys on the job! Excellent service, friendly, helpful and respectful. Not one item broken or missing. Very happy thank you.

Bit dsiappointed that 80% of my crockery, big platters and baking things were broken. A huge amount was destroyed. I told Deborah at the beginning that the boys were rough handling my things, and true to form most of the breakables were all broken, even with heavily wrapped in bubble wrap and corrogated cardboard...I am a prfessional packer ex Crown so I know what Im doing. My fridge is badly damged and the freezer is missing one foot to balance. Your movers are too rough handling items. They ignored 'fragile' just piling things on top. Then it was hard to get a reply...and nothing back from the manager, Nick Dodson, even though there were messages left. But Peter was kind and he was helpful. I'd still use you...just need more care.
