Excellent service, and we were also told that we you also pick up packaging and boxes after we have unpacked, excellent staff who came and unloaded our furniture.

Competitive Price
Overall service was good and price competitive. Would have been good to have been able to track the removal or to have had communication about the removal enroute.

Goods Arrived on Time
Thank you Conroys Nz and Perth WA. This is the second time we have used Conroys moving our household possessions from NZ to Australia and we could not recommend them more highly. Both moves were stress free and goods arrived on time. Staff were friendly and efficient and the cost was very competative. Thank you to all that were involved.

I had some stuff gone through by MPI including a pop up tent, but rather than have been put back together properly it was just stuffed back in the box. I did not ask my driver Ricky to unpack or to reassemble, but since he was on his own I cannot see how he would have managed, and gone on to finish his round in Lawrence as was the plan. It was however my choice not to have him reassemble. That said, for the money I paid I would expect a slightly better level of service. The communication, however, was excellent. I didn't much like having to pay extra money for the quarantine inspection but all was well explained to me and the liasing over the delivery was excellent.
