We are very impressed with the service from the boys on truck n to the office lady Carolyn she amazing lady to deal with that's why we are using conroy's again in 6 weeks for the third time

Absolutely appalling pickup process in Auckland.  Paid a premium for professional packing, and wound up having to help the driver finish the packing ourselves on the day of the move.  Packers packed open bottles of oils - one of which leaked all over the floor - and broke a potplant and pot which we later found packed in a box!  Also had to help the removal guys load the truck as they had turned up (late) expecting to just pick up a motorcycle (which had already been delivered to the depot) only to find they were supposed to be loading the whole houseload.  They seemed to rush the job - leading to a few dented or scratched appliances and cabinetry - and had to borrow my hand truck as they only had one between them.  The communication of our move process appeared to be all over the place.  All praise to Mike the driver who pitched in and tried to manage the process as best he could.

By contrast, the delivery in Napier was excellent.  That team was really onto it.

We feel like we wasted money paying for a professional packing and moving service, and for insurance that would not have covered anything we packed ourselves - which turned out to be a lot.

The whole process was stress-free and meticulous from beginning to end.  Packing my things and loading everything onto the truck was efficient and careful.  Equally so at the other end.  Furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it and boxes placed in the appropriate room.  All the Conroy workers were efficient, careful, friendly, and always cheerful and pleasant.  The timetable of every step of the move was told to me well in advance and was strictly adhered to.  Wonderful service all round from Conroy!

Everyone that we dealt with were polite, helpful and reliable.  Showed up when they said they would show up and very easy to organise the moving dates.

We were very happy with how our household items were moved in, everybody who was working did a great job.  Were a little disappointed that we were called the night before to be told our delivery time had been changed from 830am to 1-2pm due to other job commitments. Myself and my wife had both taken the day off to get our house sorted.  There was still no sign of the truck at 145pm so had to call to be advised that they would be there at 245pm.  This was not the case however, the truck did not arrive till 330pm.

Very good young men to move us. Only problem we had was marks left on our sofa that will require professional cleaning. Very helpful team otherwise. We didn't receive a phone call to advise of delivery time and that would have been helpful.

Scott was a great salesperson, he was thorough and professional and any questions I had following our appointment he responded in a timely manner. The quote was very competitive and by far the cheapest in comparison with other removal Companies  

The customer service ladies were very helpful and professional. No matter my question they responded professionally and in a timely manner. 

Your packers were amazing, so accommodating and patient! I was very impressed with their professionalism and no hassle attitude. 

Overall Conroy Removals impressed me with their services and I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.
