Conroys Trans Tasman Service was Amazing I have moved from Brisbane To Napier and my stuff arrived non damaged , it was packed very good from start to finish I would highly recommend Conroys to anyone looking to Move .
Communication was not as smooth as I would have liked. I felt communication was delayed at times. I felt communication between the office and the delivery truck was missed.

Great customer service. E-mail comms answered in timely manner and always able to ask questions over the phone if needed. Team who packed our stuff up in AKL were very professional and took the time to pack it all up safely. Team who delivered our items in BNE were awesome too. Really friendly and professional. Took the time and care needed to make sure our stuff was safely brought into our home. Only had 2 boxes that looked like they had been dropped along the journey somewhere from leaving storage unit in AKL to arriving here in BNE with broken antique teacups and crockery from my grandparents that unfortunately didn't survive. Other piece of feedback was around the time it took for our stuff to leave AKL. We assumed after it was collected mid Jan that it would be shipped shortly after that but it sat with you for over 2 months before it was shipped. We just assumed the container would be filled with stuff a lot quicker than 2 months and shipped earlier. Once it arrived in BNE updated regularly with different clearances Otherwise really happy with our experience with Conroys and would definitely use your service again.
Just on the paper work given at the end had they had bed bags, tv box etc and these were not used. resulting in some of the beds getting a big dirty. Was I charged for something not used. The guys were lovely and friendly
Hello, I would definitely recommend your Auckland based team to friends moving within Auckland, but probably not in Wellington if I’m honest.
Communication was great with the office team, and the Auckland truck team were fantastic. Three lovely, friendly, and efficient guys. Could hold a conversation and answered any questions I had. They appeared to work well together.
In Wellington I wasn’t contacted the day before the planned move, as per your processes, I ended up phoning at 4.55pm to be told I was on their list, and they were going to contact me in the morning, as he was waiting to see if anything came in overnight. I wasn’t sure how this would impact the jobs already on his list. Being told the morning of the move isn’t really helpful, as clearly, I had to arrange to be there. On this call though he did ask if I would prefer morning or afternoon, which was at least a little helpful. The truck arrived on schedule, but once they had finished, I asked one of them if they could help me put the bed together, to which I was told, we don’t carry tools on the truck, end of conversation. This is the first time ever, in all my moves the guys haven’t helped. It was a queen size bed that clipped together, so no tools were needed, nor did he even ask if I had any tools. Clearly, not interested in helping at all. Just seemed a little disappointing.
But overall thank you.

Every team member from our first enquiry to final delivery was working from the same page. We dealt with sales, office, operational, packing and transport teams they were all there to help the customer have a great experience. Respect for the customer and their possessions were paramount. Thanks for making this such a great way to move to our new home.
