It took your employees 8 hours, which you expect us to pay for, to complete a job that should have taken around 3 hours. I will not be using your company again and not recommending you to anyone. I have sent an email about this incident and expect a solution.
"were outstanding, courteous, very easy to work with"
I found that the team of guys that helped us move were outstanding, courteous, very easy to work with and knew what they were doing. I have no problem recommending conroys to anyone. Definitely use them again and I think that the skill that these removal guys have should be valued by their company and not undervalued, ie their pay should reflect their workmanship otherwise like most industries you will lose the best staff. I don’t know what they get paid but they deserve to be well reimbursed.

"The guys who moved our furniture from the house were amazing"
The guys who moved our furniture from the house were amazing. 4 hours of stacking, and the guy who stayed in the truck doing that was phenomenal...
small glitch at other end, when we received early morning call to say our furniture was still in Auckland and may not get delivered. But thankfully something was sorted and truck did eventually arrive , albeit 6-45 pm. 3 very nice, fun, happy guys rocketed our stuff off, and 1 hour later it was done.
No breakages, and would Definitely recommend your company. Thank you.

Hmmm ... not good to ask for feedback with this fiasco still underway: you managed to email me twice that the shipment was ready for collection: then Peter phoned to set the delivery date, we agreed Tuesday, I asked 'AM or PM' he said 'AM'--so I waited from 8 AM onwards, made multiple phone calls to you before Auckland Dispatch said, "late afternoon". Peter phoned, there had been delays (OK, I can accept that), I choose to have at least a partial delivery that day (since I had been waiting so long). The truck arrived 6 PM and I helped unload the PARTIAL shipment. Today (Friday) I was (by chance) passing the house and there is a Conroy truck waiting for me? Why? No one had told me anything about today's delivery of the remaining shipment--totally disorganized office getting these things to me. The truck guys though are fine and helpful--it is presumably 'Peter' or whoever is setting the delivery schedule who stuffed up so badly--I am currently staying half an hour away from the delivery site, so the truck could have had to go back to Auckland without being unloaded since you had not arranged a time with me. The Australian office was fine, Auckland office has been so underwhelming they have turned me off Conroy completely. I think both David and Gary Conroy need to know this: they are trying to move into the Australian market, the Australian office was fine, super-organized and efficient. The home office here in New Zealand though needs a bit of a kick in the pants or a lesson in communication with clients: to top it off, box 74 seems to be missing still ... I gave a 1 Star here because you didn't offer a negative rating I'm afraid.
"We were very disappointed"
We were very disapointed when we recieved out belongings in a dirty and damaged condition! Oue daughters bed base was delivered damaged and the mattress was very dirty,unfortunatley no one bothered to cover the items,even tho Nathan Forlong (hawkes bay) said they would.One of our push bikes arrived with the tire and inner tube OFF the actual bike rim.Delivery men great to deal with but upon receiving the damaged goods the delivery men(In Cromwell) sent an email (with picture attached) informing you of our concerns but yet no one seems to care as we have not had any feedback from Conroy regarding our damaged goods.

All good except Auckland organizing delivery
I am yet to unpack all of my stuff so am unsure of there condition so I'm hoping it is all fine. The service was good except for the Auckland office organising delivery. Noone ever answered their office phone and I was not told when delivery had been arranged. It was not until I finally go through to someone in their office that they told me delivery had already been arranged, but I had not been notified.

There are many practices within your service that are inefficient and not reliable. I couldn't read the carbon copy of my inventory when you packed up my place in Havekock North. What was written on my delivery were incorrect. They related to a previous customer that were on the box.
My couches were in storage for 5 weeks not wrapped in any plastic. You men forgot to take my microwave so I had to call you back.
It appears that the person who comes out to assess the job doesn't give a clear message to the packers because they were about to pack items that were chattels.
The men were friendly and helpful on the day but their job could be made so much easier with more efficient inventory systems in place.
From Carolyn to Cameron, Lester, Gary and the other guy (sorry mate) that came with Cameron on 20 December I enjoyed the interaction that each person brought. They all appeared to help each other and worked tirelessly to meet our deadline.
