Excellent Service
First Class Service
We were kept informed at every stage. Our items were delivered by two very friendly workers that unloaded everything where we required them. Overall I feel we had a first class service. Thank you to everyone involved.

Effective and Good Pricing
Everyone in the Conroy team was easy to deal with and helped us to our end goal. We needed to have our household contents stored and delivered to our new house. This all worked as discussed and was a low stress event on both sides.
We did have a furniture item damaged in the pack and not advised to us at the time. This could have been handled much better. I like that they recycle boxes and packaging, and pick up promptly. But they do need a system for labeling as 4-5 descriptions/room destinations on a box was not helpful at times.
Good pricing, effective, and worked as planned.
Fuss Free Relocation - Thanks!
Thanks so much for making my relocation so fuss free. Both the Wellington movers and the Napier crews were fantastic. Not a single item was damaged or broken. The guys were friendly, super efficient and took great care of my possessions. And wow they are so strong!

With packing they can improve by packing kitchenware together.
I had my airfryer in one box with bathroom stuff. If they put the slowcooker with aitfryer and knives it would be better. They had my slowcooker in another box with my printer and Xbox and more bathroom stuff. Was very confusing to get all my kitchen stuff. I had to open all the boxes just to get my kitchen stuff.

Excellent service! The boxes we sent from the Netherlands arrived in perfect condition. Communication throughout the process was clear, and delivery in New Zealand was quick. This is our third time using Conroy, and we highly recommend their services.

A Great Experience
Kelvin and Jayden from the Mount Maunganui branch were absolutely exceptional. I only had a small household to move locally, but they arrived, had my stuff carefully wrapped and loaded in their truck in what seemed like minutes! When we arrived to the new premises, once again with all due respect and care for my belongings they were fast and efficient. A huge thank you to these two guys. A big thumbs up also to Doug who took the time to make my booking around what worked for me. All in all a great experience with some great personalities.
